Returns
Returns of Full price merchandise made within 30 Days of date of shipment may be returned for merchandise credit.
Special Occasion merchandise may not be returned.
Returns made 31 days and there after, may not be accepted.
Merchandise Credit will be issued at the current retail price.
Returned Gifts may only be made as merchandise credit.
All Sale items are considered final sale. They may be exchanged only, within 14 days of date of shipment.
Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.
If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
for exchange, or merchandise credit. Returned items must be unused, in
their original condition and packaging.
Upon receipt of
your approved return, Island Child will either issue a merchandise
credit for the purchase price of your item(s) or ship the item you have
selected in exchange. (Shipping costs cannot be refunded. All
shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.) We encourage you
to insure all returned items.
